Philharmonic Orchestra

Led by director Dr. Ghyas Zeidieh, this advanced full orchestra (strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion ensemble) provides students the opportunity to perform the masterworks of the full orchestra literature. The Philharmonic Orchestra regularly collaborates with choirs, guest artists and other performing groups. Students in this orchestra regularly meet with sectional coaches and perform with a group of peers who are equally dedicated to making music at a high level of excellence. Students should read music fluently with good intonation and beautiful tone, be comfortable shifting in higher positions, use vibrato, be capable of playing in difficult key signatures, and be studying with a private teacher. Cost for the 2026-2027 season will be $360 per student. Tour fees are separate and additional.

Crescendo orchestra

Led by director Mr. Ethan Fallis, Crescendo Orchestra gives young musicians an opportunity to excel musically alongside students of like ability in a fun learning environment. This string ensemble provides students the opportunity to perform wonderful string literature, and regularly meet with sectional coaches. Qualified students should read music well, play in tune with beautiful tone, be comfortable with shifting and vibrato, maintain rhythm with the ensemble, and be studying with a private teacher. This ensemble is strings only. Cost for the 2026-2027 season will be $335 per student. Tour fees are separate and additional.

Da Capo orchestra

Led by director Halsey Holt, Da Capo Orchestra gives young musicians an opportunity to excel musically alongside students of like ability in a fun learning environment. This string ensemble provides students the opportunity to perform exciting string music, and regularly meet with sectional coaches. Qualified students should be gaining comfort with reading music, be able to play in tune with good tone, be starting limited shifting and some vibrato, maintain rhythm with the ensemble, and be studying with a private teacher. This ensemble is strings only. Cost for the 2026-2027 season will be $335 per student. Tour fees are separate and additional.
